Sake, often simplified as rice wine, is a uniquely complex and magical drink with deep roots in Japanese tradition and cultural significance. As Brentford's leading sake expert, we ensure every aspect of our selection reflects the artistry and precision of this centuries-old craft.

From polishing the rice to enhance flavour and elegance to the koji fermentation that creates sake's signature umami with low acidity, each stage reflects the skill and care behind every bottle. This balance pairs beautifully with both Japanese and Western cuisines.
